Fred
is a veteran broadcaster with more than 40 years of broadcasting
experience. More than 25 years were in the broadcast news,
management and journalism fields amassing numerous awards
across the country. Fred will celebrate his 17th year
as "Morning Host" this October.
Most know Fred as the host of the "Breakfast Nook",
now in its 13th year on WGET Radio. The daily show is
sometimes pegged "The Talk Of The Town" as Fred
runs the gamut of subjects from politicians to call girls.
Fred produces and airs five shows a week 52 weeks a year.
The "Breakfast Nook" airs daily from 8:30 AM
to 9 AM.
Fred MC's numerous events around the area and is a sought
after speaker.
Although he is not sure what he wants to do when he grows
up, there are certain things he does like: Medium Prime
Rib, Rum-Raisin Ice Cream, and of course, Adams County
Apple Pie (that will be with a scoop of vanilla ice cream).
