RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. This campaign is open to ALL non-profit clubs and organizations (NOT TO INDIVIDUALS) in the Adams/Hanover area.  This includes civic, religious, social, charitable, educational, fraternal, cultural and welfare organizations or any other groups certified for participation by 1320 WGET.
  1. Cash Awards will be made to those participating clubs and organizations which deliver to the appointed tally station proofs-of-purchase (sales receipts, labels, etc.), along with submitting on-line a corresponding tally sheet from firms participating in this Campaign and whose names, products and/or services are listed on wget.com/cca.  All proofs-of-purchase become the property of 1320 WGET.  Bonus slips, which will occasionally be issued by a sponsor and/or 1320 WGET, are for use, ONLY, in the CCA campaign and are not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise from the participating merchant issuing same, nor can they be used for any other purpose other than computation as applicable to the campaign as may be herein or otherwise designated.
  1. All decisions of 1320 WGET shall be final with regard to accreditation and validation of proofs-of-purchase as to cash awards.  No announcement of relative standings except the publishing of monthly cash awards by club name and amount as outlined herein will be made.
  1. No group can give or assign credits to any other participating club or organization.  Any club withdrawing from the campaign relinquishes any and all credits accumulated to their club account and is automatically disqualified for the Grand Final Awards, Advertiser Awards and/or 1320 Awards as herein outlined.
  1. There is nothing to sell.  CCA On-Line is not a lottery, nor is it a game of chance.  No endorsement of firms or products is either asked or required, nor will the name of any participating club, organization or group be permitted to be used publicly or in the publicity of any sponsor without prior approval; the only exception being announcements of Monthly Cash Awards and/or Grand Final Awards.
  1. 1320 WGET reserves the right to change, eliminate and/or add Rules and Regulations to those herein outlined.  Any and all such substantive changes will be announced in the 1320 WGET monthly CCA On-Line newsletter and/or on 1320 WGET, and such Rules and Regulations shall be effective as of the date of such announcements.
  1. Family, friends, neighbors, relatives and co-workers may collect all eligible proofs-of-purchase.  Employees of CCA On-Line sponsors may not save that sponsor’s proofs-of-purchase (except his or her personal purchases) for a participating CCA On-Line group.
  1. SOLICITATION FOR RECEIPTS IN THE VICINITY OF A SPONSOR’S PLACE OF BUSINESS IS STICTLY PROHIBITED.
  1. To qualify for a Grand Final Award and/or Advertiser Award, a minimum of $50.00 in total receipts must be submitted on each scheduled turn-in period during the campaign.
  1. Each participating non-profit organization is guaranteed a cash award at the conclusion of the campaign.  Awards will be given at the 1320 WGET Community Club Awards On-Line Payoff Party to be held following the termination of the campaign.  All participating CCA On-Line club chairpeople and key members of their organizations will be invited to attend this event.
  1. The campaign starts on Monday, January 25, 2010 and terminates on Friday, May 14, 2010.
